It is our concern to plan a sustainable conference, so our efforts are concentrated on providing the following elements to be in harmony with nature and avoid pollution: the on-site sessions will be organized in the morning to make the most of natural light and reduce electricity consumption; the recommended hotels will be at walking distance from the venue. The same applies to the selection of the restaurant for the conference dinner; the selected catering will use Km0 and regional products from local providers; there will be minimal use of paper; use of recyclable items; adequate waste management; we will provide information regarding local transportation (buses, taxis) to maximize occupancy.
